🚚 Yes! All U.S. shipping is free OVER $75. Anything UNDER $75.00 is a FLAT $10.00. Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Retail orders ship within 2–4 business days. Wholesale orders ship within 5–10 business days. Need help? Use the live chat or email sales@summersnowart.com.
Can I Use Multiple Discount Codes At Checkout?
💸 Sorry! Only one discount code can be used per order. Entering a new code will override the previous one.
Are your products handmade?
🖐️ Yes! We're a small family business based in Waukesha, WI. We design, print, cut moulding, and assemble everything in-house. Every piece is made to order just for you!
Is your CHAT system automated?
💬 Nope! Every message comes directly from Ben. Chat hours are 11 AM – 11 PM EST. If Ben is offline, you’ll get an email reply ASAP.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, & Canada?
🌍 Yes we do! Shipping is calculated at exact cost. Contact us via chat or email Ben at ben@summersnowart.com for a quote. We pass our shipping discounts on to you!
What is Glitter on the picture?
✨ We sprinkle glitter onto the print while the sealant is still wet. It adds a soft, elegant sparkle to the finished piece.
What is your return policy?
🔁 Personalized items are final sale. Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping). Return shipping is not covered.
I need to add or change my order. What do I do?
✏️ Contact us ASAP via chat or email! Once your order ships, we can’t make changes — but we’ll do our best if you catch us in time.

Can I hang your pictures in a bathroom?
🚿 Yes! Our moisture-resistant coating makes them perfect for bathrooms and humid environments.
Are your pictures ready to hang?
🖼️ Yes! Every picture comes with a sawtooth hanger. 8x8" prints also include an easel back for shelf display.
Do you use glass?
🙅♂️ Nope! Our prints are sealed with a clear canvas-like coating — glare-free, moisture resistant, and safer than glass.
How wide are the frames?
📏 Most frames are 1"" wide unless otherwise stated. Our 8x8" pieces are framed in a 1" moulding. and come with an easel back to stand
Are the backgrounds real wood or slats?
🪵 They’re just printed to look like wood — all of our art is framed print, not real slats or boards.
Are your frames made from wood?
🌿 Our frames are made from wood pulp, wrapped in a durable vinyl. They're eco-friendly and easily cleaned with a damp cloth.
Can I hang my picture outside?
🌦️ We don’t recommend hanging your framed art outdoors — they’re best kept inside where they’ll last beautifully.
Are Gift Cards Physical or Digital?
🎁 Summer Snow gift cards are digital only and are delivered immediately by email after purchase. We do not ship physical gift cards.
Can Gift Cards Be Used With Sales or Discount Codes?
🚫 Gift cards already include their discount and cannot be combined with any additional promotions, sales, or discount codes.
