Question: Can I Use The 2 For $30 Deal On 3 Pictures?

No, sorry. You must purchase 8x8's in quantities of 2. You can add as many to your cart as you like and the code will apply for every 2 you add to your cart.

Question: Can I Use Multiple Discount Codes At Checkout?

No, sorry. If a discount code is put in at checkout it will override the previous discount code. You may only enter 1 discount code per order.

Question: Are your products handmade?

Yes! We are a small family business and everything is made right here in Waukesha, WI. We do our own designs inhouse and we even print them ourselves. We also cut our own moulding into frames and assemble everything right here! All your pictures are made to order when you order them and turnaround times on most orders is a few days!

Question: Is your CHAT system automated?

Sorry! Our chat system currently has no automated responses! All responses are from Ben, and our support hours are from 11 AM EST - 11 PM EST. If you don't get an immediate online response you can expect an email response asap.

Question: Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, & Canada?

Yes, we do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, & Canada! You will, however, need to pay exact shipping costs. Please use our online chat system or email Ben at for a quote! Don't worry! We get significant shipping discounts that we WILL pass on to you!

Question: What is Glitter on the picture?
We sprinkle a glitter on the print while the canvassing agent is still wet. It gives the picture a little sparkle.

Question: What is your return policy?
Personalized pictures can not be returned or exchanged. For non personalized items we accept returns for 30 days from the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund minus the shipping charge. We do not pay for the shipping back to us. 

Question: I need to add or change my order.  What do I do?
If you need to change an order or add to an order you can do this by emailing or using the CHAT system. Please contact us ASAP so we are able to change the order before it is shipped out.  Once it is shipped, we cannot make changes.

Question: I am not receiving emails regarding my order or I am having trouble logging in.
To insure you receive our emails please add to your address book. To be added to our mailing list and receive special discounts and specials please use the link on the home page. If you are having trouble logging in and are a current customer please make sure you add our website to your address book before you click on password forgotten. If you still can't login please email us.

Question: Do you have a catalog?
Right now we do not have a catalog of our products.

Question: You don't use glass, do your pictures hold up in a bathroom?
Our pictures are perfect for any room in your home. Our coating is moisture resistant.

Question: Are your pictures ready to hang?
Yes, our pictures comes with a sawtooth hanger on the back of the picture and is ready to hang. The 8x8" pictures come with a hanger and easel back.

Question: Do you have glass?
No, we do not use glass. Our coating is a canvas coating that we manually apply to each print. It makes the print appear to be canvas. It is moisture resistant, and glare free. They are not UV protected and it is recommended you do not hang them in direct sunlight.

Question:   Your frames look to be different sizes online depending the the size of the picture.   How wide are the frames?
Our frames are 2 1/2" wide unless stated in the description, All the 8x8" picture are framed in a 1" frame.

Question: Some of your art looks like it is on boards or made of wood slats, are they?
No, all of our art is framed prints. They are just made to look like wood.

Question: Are your frames made from wood?
Our frames are made of the pulp of wood, it is considered a green source. The wood strip is covered with a wrap. They are washable with a damp cloth.

Question: Can I hang my picture outside?
No, we do not recommend hanging them outside.
